So very often I ordered flowers for people in the floor arrangement that arrives is similar or even completely different. This arrangement was exactly what I ordered and the recipient was thrilled. This was my 1st time using Flowers by Wendy Carol. I searched online for local place in Westminster and after reading the wonderful reviews, i wanted to try it out. Wendy is fabulous! She reached out right away to let me know a flower in the arrangement wouldn't be available until the next day and gave me options. I loved the substitute flower. Wendy sent me a pix before delivery and the arrangement was awesome. Better than the pix on website, which was already gorgeous. Wendy's personal touch on the arrangement was a notch up from my website pick. No doubt in my mind that I will use her services again and also tell others.
