Flowers by Wendy Carol saves the day! After a big disappointed that Florist.com didn't deliver my ordered flowers for my mom on her 65th Birthday, Wendy Carol was able to fulfill my request the following day and she delivered on time, with updates and made such a beautiful arrangement of roses for my mom. I have been using Flowers by Wendy for the 3 years my daughter has been at McDaniel College. I have had a great experience every time. I send my daughter flowers often because everyone knows a girl loves flowers. All of the flower arrangements I have sent to my daughter have been beautiful!!
