I discovered Wendy Carol’s business about six years ago. Her service and designs have always been impeccable. I Ordered Valentine flowers from her last week and said “Wendy you just put together something really nice, I trust your creativity“. They were absolutely beautiful and much appreciated by the recipient. She is definitely my go to in Westminster, Maryland. Her service only gets better. P Kenney 2/17/22
