They had to make a substitution, and contacted me before they did so. The substitution was just as perfect as the arrangement I had originally ordered. And they gave me a free upgrade to the premium bouquet because of having to make the substitution. They didn’t have an outrageous service fee like other flower delivery services. Arrived perfectly on time for Mother's Day! My Mom loved them and the delivery fee in addition to the cost of the beauutiful arrangement was reasonable.
